On the transfer of primary information by the RA National Security Service to other competent bodies during July-September 2024

During the reporting period, as a result of the implementation of the functions assigned by law, 298 materials were transferred to various competent state bodies of RA by the RA National Security Service, on the basis of which 191 criminal proceedings were initiated.

49 materials were sent to the competent state bodies of RA on violations in the economic sphere, some of which are still under investigation, of which 19 are about abuse and misappropriation of official powers, 26 are about various violations of economic activity, including smuggling or import using false invoices, as well as on tax and duty evasion, 2 - on the payment of wages to an actually not working person, 2 -on illegal provision of compensation.

32 materials on violations in the sphere of illegal circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were sent to the competent state bodies of RA, some of which are still at the investigation stage, of which 21 are on the smuggling of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances or their misappropriation, 11 are on the illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
