On January 30, 2025, a video was distributed on the Internet with the participation of a group of citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic Square in Yerevan.

As a result of complex operative-search activities carried out by the National Security Service of RA, factual data were obtained that the video recording distributed on the Internet and which received wide resonance was published by the head of “Independent Center for Strategic Studies” NGO Gh. B. in the Facebook account of the same name, and in addition to the video recording, Gh. B., using information and communication technologies, made a public statement aimed at inciting and/or promoting hatred and intolerance against a person or group of persons, due to other circumstances of a political and social nature.

Based on the factual data obtained as a result of the undertaken comprehensive operative-search activities, a report on an obvious crime was submitted to the Investigative Committee of RA on the grounds of Article 329, Part 2, Clause 3 of the RA Criminal Code.
