Interim Director of the National Security Service of RA Eduard Martirosyan participated in the opening ceremony of the international conference dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Institution of Human Rights Defender, which was attended by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, NA President Ararat Mirzoyan and other high-ranking officials.

Eduard Martirosyan sent his congratulatory message to Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the activity of the Human Rights Defender's Institution, in which it is stated:

«For a decade and a half Ombudsman`s staff with their persistent efforts, knowledge and adherence to principles have established that important structure in our country.
Respect and security of the RA citizen right and human right is our common duty. In this regard, our country and society registered tangible results over the last 15 years. We are sure that especially after the 2018 velvet revolution our successes in this sphere will be irreversible. And the first front of that work will be the Human Rights Defender`s Institution, which already developed a high reputation both in our society and in abroad».
