Dear compatriots, 
In the RA National Security Service, information is continuously being received that our citizens continue to establish telephone contact with front-line servicemen through open channels, and during these conversations, information regarding the situation on the border and the locations of the Armenian side's combat positions is also discussed with each other.  
We consider it necessary to emphasize that such telephone conversations can be tapped by the enemy and become the basis for targeting our servicemen.
In view of this, we once again call upon and strictly warn our servicemen to refrain from establishing open telephone communication with each other and with their families, as well as from various conversations of the aforementioned nature, which can directly threaten the safety of our valiant servicemen, and even pose a danger to their lives.
