The National Security Service of RA informs that negotiations are being conducted by the Border Guard Troops of the RA NSS and the Border Guard Troops of the Federal Security Service of RF with the Azerbaijani side on the opening of the Goris-Vorotan and Shurnukh-Karmrakar sections of the Goris-Kapan interstate road which have been closed since August 26.

The National Security Service of RA informs that by the state border guard service of the Republic of Azerbaijan information was transmitted to the Armenian side that at one of their outposts had been attacked.

At present, the Border Guard Troops of the RA NSS are carrying out operative-intelligence and search measures regarding the information provided by the Azerbaijani side. The work to open the road continues.
