In response to the information disseminated by some media that Mount Pela (Pela Sar) in Kapan was allegedly transferred to Azerbaijan, the RA National Security Service informs that there have been no positional changes in the region of Syunik Province called Pela Sar, and the RA Border Guard Troops continue to guard the state border on the mentioned area.
