On October 27-28 an international scientific conference on the topic “The World Political Process: Information Wars and Color Revolutions” was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the RF, the Anti-Terrorist Center of the CIS Member States and the Moscow Linguistic University, which was attended remotely by an employee of the Scientific-Educational Center of the National Security Service, Major Taron Sakoyan. On the second day of the event, on October 28, he delivered a report entitled “The Perspective of the Modern World Order and the World Political Process: Information Wars and Color Revolutions”.
