The National Security Service of RA, constantly keeping the process of replenishing the National Security Bodies with highly qualified personnel in the spotlight, organizes the training of citizens of the Republic of Armenia in the military educational institutions of the Russian Federation in the field of information technology and information security.

At the Institute of Cryptography, Communications and Informatics of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (Moscow), applicants can continue their education in the specialty "cryptography" and at the Academy of the Federal Protective Service (Oryol) in the specialty "Infocommunication Technologies and Special Communication Systems". Upon graduation, graduates receive the qualification of an engineer, after which they are awarded the military rank of lieutenant and they go to serve in the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, including in operational units.
