On January 27, 2023 the National Security Service of RA published a report on the official website of the RA NSS, in which it warned citizens about the fraudulent scheme of international standards, which was widely disseminated on the Internet.

As a result of the research carried out by the General Directorate of Information Security and Government Communications of the NSS of the RA, it turned out that despite the informative report distributed by the Service, the organizers of the fraudulent scheme on the Internet are still continuing the process of distributing video materials with untrue content through various websites and social networks about allegedly receiving large incomes by RA citizens, making small financial investments in the "securities" of the company "Gazprom Armenia" and being engaged in the "sale of gas".

It also turned out that the authors of the fraud changed their tactics and, in order to win the trust of citizens, in this case, the names of state officials, in particular, the Prime Minister, the President and the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, are mentioned as sponsors of the project.

The National Security Service once again urges citizens to avoid and refrain from the temptation of participating in a fraudulent scheme of international standards, from offers to invest in dubious programs published on unofficial sites, and also not to provide personal data and bank account information in order to avoid financial losses.
