On March 10, 2023 a lecture-discussion was held at the Scientific-Educational Center of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia on the topic “Issues related to the legal regulation of the persons cooperating with the bodies carrying out operative-search activities”, which was conducted by the senior lecturer of the Scientific-Educational Center, candidate of law, Docent T. Khachikyan. He presented in detail the legal norms provided for by the Criminal Code of RA, the laws “On the National Security Bodies” and “On Operative-Search Activities” in relation to persons cooperating with the bodies carrying out operative-search activities. Within the framework of the topic, a meaningful discussion unfolded. As a result, it was considered expedient to identify the most important issues, that were the subject of the discussion, which were recorded by the participants of the discussion, to further study and provide recommendations for their further consideration.
