Based on factual data obtained as a result of large-scale investigative and other procedural actions carried out during the preliminary investigation in criminal proceedings N 58221423, initiated on May 13, 2023 and carried out in the Main Directorate of Investigation of the RA National Security Service, at the request of the investigator, decisions were made by the supervising prosecutor to initiate public criminal prosecution under the relevant articles of the RA Criminal Code also against members of the criminal group - the actual owner of Mrgeni LLC M.P., director of the same company L.A. and warehouse manager S.G. for illegal sale of narcotic drugs in especially large quantities and smuggling of narcotic drugs in especially large quantities by prior agreement as part of a group.

In relation to the latter, detention was chosen as a measure of restraint, M.P. was declared wanted.

In criminal proceedings, large-scale and various operative-search and procedural actions continue to be taken in the direction of identifying the full picture of the crimes committed, detecting other persons associated with the above-mentioned cases, initiating public criminal prosecution against them and, as a result, effectively implementing the principle of inevitability of criminal liability.

Note: anyone charged with a crime is considered innocent as long as his/her guilt is not proven in a manner prescribed by the Code of Criminal Procedure of RA - by the court decision entered into legal force.
