As a result of research conducted by the RA National Security Service, it was established that some telegram channels posted advertisements for the production of passports of foreign citizens, social cards, driver's licenses, entry visas to the USA and Europe.

In particular, an announcement was posted on the “ArmSecretShop” Telegram channel that the channel’s host offers for 4,000 USD to issue and provide a USD visa for 10 years without visiting the USA Embassy in the RA and without participating in an interview.

On the same Telegram channel it is also noted that for 11,000 USD they produce and provide passports, international driver's licenses and identification cards of citizens of the Kingdom of Spain and the Federal Republic of Germany, and for 12,000 USD - a passport, driver's license and social card of a citizen of Great Britain.

It was established that the host of the Telegram channel “ArmSecretShop” for the production of a Canadian passport requires cryptocurrency equivalent to 50 percent of the amount as an advance payment, after which the customer must send a 3*4 photo to the Telegram channel, a photo of the Armenian passport, as well as a photo of the fingerprints printed on form in blue ink.

In the Telegram channel it is stated that they do not meet with users, do not provide a phone number and work only through postal services, and in order to gain the trust of citizens, samples of documents with data of foreign persons, which are supposedly their completed works, are published on the Telegram channel.

As a result of the measures taken, it was also found out that the documents published on the Telegram channel were made using files downloaded from the Internet. It is noteworthy that in order to obtain a passport through the official route, you must provide photographs measuring 3.5x4.5, which obviously indicates the production of counterfeit documents and theft of an especially large amount of money through deception by the host of the Telegram channel.

Studies conducted by the RA National Security Service showed that in addition to the Telegram channel “ArmSecretShop”, there are also channels “Diplomatic passport”, “passport sale”, “Passport, drivers license ID card for sale” and “Паспорт России”, where advertisements with similar content about the production of fake passports and other documents are also posted.

The above-mentioned, as well as the almost uncontrollable part of the implementation of the process, the method of delivery of documents and payment for services, give reason to have reasonable suspicions about a fraudulent process, which contains a fraudulent mechanism for stealing money from citizens through deception.
