The RA National Security Service informs that on September 7, 2023, on the Hakari bridge section of the state border of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani side handed over residents of Nagorno-Karabakh Alen Nelson Sargsyan (born on July 05, 2001), Levon Zhirayr Grigoryan (born on May 17, 2003) and Vahe Dzhanbulat Hovsepyan (born on June 12, 2003) to the Border Guard Troops of the RA NSS.
The latter were taken into custody by Azerbaijani border guards on August 28, 2023 while travelling from NK to the RA.
