On December 14, 2023, a meeting was held in the Scientific-Educational Center of the RA NSS with the Acting Head of the Department of Bordering Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RA Hayk Darbinyan. During the meeting, H. Darbinyan gave a talk-lecture on the topic of “Possible opening of the Armenian-Turkish border”, also referring to the “Crossroads of Peace” project.
The meeting, which was attended by both lecturers and trainees of the Scientific-Educational Center and other employees of different subdivisions of the Service, was held in the format of a detailed active discussion and a meaningful question-answer session.
