On the transfer of primary information by the RA National Security Service to other competent authorities during January-September, 2024

During the reporting period, as a result of the implementation of the functions assigned by law, 311 materials were transferred to various competent state bodies of the Republic of Armenia by the National Security Service of RA, on the basis of which 184 criminal proceedings were initiated.

84 materials were sent to the competent state bodies of RA on violations in the economic sphere, some of which are still under investigation, of which 35 are about abuse and misappropriation of official powers, 32 are about various violations of economic activity, including for smuggling or illegal import on false invoices, as well as on tax and duty evasion, 9 - on the payment of wages to an actually not working person, 8-on illegal provision of compensation.

51 materials were sent to the competent state bodies of RA on violations in the field of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, some of which are still under investigation, of which 31 are on the smuggling of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances or misappropriation, 20 are on the illegal consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
