On the transfer of primary information by the RA National Security Service to other competent bodies during January-June 2024

During the reporting period, as a result of the implementation of the functions assigned by law, 693 materials were transfered to various RA competent state bodies by the RA National Security Service, on the basis of which 383 criminal proceedings were initiated.

About violations committed in the economic sphere, 155 materials were sent to the competent state bodies of the RA, some of which are still at the investigation stage, of which 64 are about abuse of official position and misappropriation, 67 are about various violations in the field of economic activity, including smuggling or importation under false invoices, as well as evasion of taxes and duties, 11 - payment of wages to an actually working person, 13 - illegal provision of compensation.

102 materials on violations committed in the area of illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were sent to the competent state bodies of the RA, some of which are still at the investigation stage, of which 63 are about smuggling or sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, 39 - illegal use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
